Key Highlights from the 2025 AGM

Gravelbourg Bon Ami, Inc. held our 2025 Annual General Meeting on September 16th, 2025 at the Parish Hall. We had 33 people join us, and the meeting was called to order at 2:06 pm. We approved the agenda, the 2024 Minutes, and made some important decisions that will guide us into the years ahead.

During the meeting, we passed bylaw amendments (posted on our website in May 2025). We also accepted the Board Committee Reports, the audited financial statement, and appointed BTN Accountants as our auditor for the 2025/26 year. We also accepted Wanda Hudson to our Board of Directors.

Chairperson David Punga thanked the Ministry of Social Services, Saskatchewan Housing Authority, the Town of Gravelbourg, and our incredible staff for their ongoing support and dedication.

Exciting Updates

This year's AGM was also a moment of celebration for some exciting news!

1. We officially purchased the van we had been fundraising for since December 2024.

2. We were named one of the top 3 finalists in the SK Blue Cross Community Empowerment Grant, giving us the chance to win $10,000 through community votes.

We are so grateful for the incredible people who make our organization what it is - a community-driven organization that is dedicated to service, support and growth. Here's to another year of making a difference, together.
