The Board of Directors of Gravelbourg Bon Ami, Inc. provides governance, leadership and oversight to ensure the organization fulfills its mission of providing dignity, value and opportunity to those with intellectual disabilities in our community.

What We Do:

•  Strategic Direction: The Board of Directors sets long-term goals, monitors progress and helps guide overall strategy. 

• Fiscal Stewardship: Approve budgets, manage resources wisely, ensure financial accountability, and safeguard the financial integrity of the organization. 

• Policy & Oversight: The Board develops and reviews Agency policies, ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and oversees risk management. 

• Support & Advocacy: We champion the cause of inclusion, liaise with stakeholders, help raise funds and awareness, and ensure our programs align with best practices and community needs.
