Why Inclusive Employment Matters:

When local businesses and organizations welcome people of all abilities onto their team, everyone benefits. Inclusive employment isn't just good for individuals with disabilities, it strengthens the workplace, improves morale, and reflects the diversity in our community.

For our participants, employment brings routine, purpose and accomplishment. For employers, it brings fresh perspectives and stronger connection to the community.

Did You Know: Across Canada, there are close to 500,000 working aged adults with an intellectual disability or Autism Spectrum Disorder.
